These terms apply to Snake Feast (snakefeast.com and the Snake Feast apps), operated by Avinash Kori, India. By playing you agree to them. Contact: support@snakefeast.com.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms for you.
Your account
- Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings (see how to delete your account).
Fair play and behaviour
Cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, win-trading, account sharing to boost ranks, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam and sharing other people's personal information are not allowed, in chat, voice, names or anywhere else. Use block and report if someone bothers you. We may warn, mute, reset ratings, remove results or rewards, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
Virtual items and premium
- Coins, skins, battle pass rewards and other virtual items have no real-world money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you for use in the game only.
- Premium subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel: on the web in your account settings, on mobile in App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds follow the rules of the store you paid through and applicable law.
- We may change, rebalance or retire game features, items and seasons.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write in chat. You allow us to store and display it so the game works, and to review it when it is reported.
Availability
We work to keep Snake Feast running, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees: there may be downtime, bugs, lag or lost progress. Features may change or end.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending use
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere you may also have the protection of your local consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the game. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
