Found a bug, have an idea, or need a hand with your account? Snake Feast is made by one independent developer, so every message here reaches the person who builds the game. You'll usually get a reply within a few days.

Tips for a great bug report

🎮 WhereWhich mode you were playing (solo, practice, big arena, a room) and roughly when it happened.

🔁 HowWhat you did just before, so it can be made to happen again. One step a line is perfect.

📸 ProofA screenshot or a short clip helps a lot: reply to our email with it attached.

Prefer email? Write to support@snakefeast.com. Game portals, creators, streamers, schools and press are all welcome too. For privacy requests (a copy of your data, corrections or deletion), see the privacy policy.

Reporting a player

The quickest way is inside the game: open the player's profile and use Report, or Block to stop them messaging or challenging you. Reports made in the game include the details needed to review them. You can also email, with the player's username and what happened.

Deleting your account
