Delete your Snake Feast account

You can permanently delete your Snake Feast account and its data at any time, from the game or by email. This works the same whether you play on the web, on Android or on iOS.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Open snakefeast.com or the Snake Feast app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone.

Delete it by email

If you can't sign in any more, or you uninstalled the app, email support@snakefeast.com with the subject "Delete my Snake Feast account". Send it from the email address on the account, or include your username. We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours, and we complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, username, email address, password and sign-in links (such as Google).
• Your friends, direct messages, blocks, clan membership and push notification subscriptions.
• Your coins, skins and other virtual items. These can't be refunded or moved to another account.

What is kept

• Past match results stay on other players' match history under your old name, but are no longer linked to you.
• Messages you posted in a clan chat stay in that chat but are no longer linked to you.
• Database backups are overwritten within 30 days.
• Records we must keep by law, such as payment records held by Stripe, Apple or Google.

A premium subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store is not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions as well. Guest profiles that aren't used for 30 days are deleted automatically.
