These terms apply to Snake Feast (snakefeast.com and the Snake Feast apps), operated by Avinash Kori, India. By playing you agree to them. Contact: koriavinash00@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they accept these terms for you.
Cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, win-trading, account sharing to boost ranks, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam and sharing other people's personal information are not allowed, in chat, voice, names or anywhere else. Use block and report if someone bothers you. We may warn, mute, reset ratings, remove results or rewards, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of what you write in chat. You allow us to store and display it so the game works, and to review it when it is reported.
We work to keep Snake Feast running, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees: there may be downtime, bugs, lag or lost progress. Features may change or end.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere you may also have the protection of your local consumer law.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the game. Continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
